Iskra collects data necessary for operation: email and name upon registration, query and response content for chat functionality, and files uploaded by users. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data is used to provide AI search services, personalize responses, and store chat history and uploads. Query processing may use AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) in accordance with their policies.
Data is stored on secure servers. Measures are in place to protect against unauthorized access. Chat history and files are linked to the user account.
Users may request access to their data, correction, or deletion. Contact support for such requests. Account deletion results in removal of associated data.
