This document is an official offer (Public Offer) of IP Novoseltseva Svetlana Aleksandrovna (hereinafter — «Executor») to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — «User») that accepts this offer under the terms set forth below.
2.1. The Executor provides the User with access to the Service functionality for forming search queries, analyzing attached files and using cloud storage. 2.2. The Service is a tool for searching and structuring information. The Executor is not the author of content found in external sources.
3.1. To access the full functionality, the User undergoes the registration procedure.
3.2. The User undertakes not to use the Service for creating malicious content, infringing third-party copyrights or committing unlawful actions.
3.3. Within Corporate/Family spaces, the group administrator is responsible for managing access of invited participants.
4.1. Access to the Service may be provided on a free (Basic) and paid (Pro/Enterprise) basis.
4.2. Tariff plans and subscription terms are published at: https://iskra-ai.tech/pricing
4.3. Subscription payments are processed through Iskra’s payment partners. Recurring charges apply when you pay via UnitPay; Stripe may also be used depending on the method you select at checkout. Turning off auto-renewal: for UnitPay — in your Iskra account under Subscription (/subscription), using “Turn off auto-renewal”; for Stripe — according to Stripe’s rules and this Offer. Your plan, payment provider, and subscription period are shown in the Subscription section.
5.1. All rights to algorithms, interface and the «Iskra» brand belong to the Executor.
5.2. Rights to generated answers (output) belong to the User to the extent permitted by applicable AI legislation, subject to compliance with copyright of cited sources.
5.3. The User retains rights to uploaded files, granting the Service the right to process them solely for the purpose of fulfilling the request.
6.1. Disclaimer: The Service is provided «as is». The Executor does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated answers.
6.2. The Executor is not liable for:
7.1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. In corporate spaces, the Executor ensures technical isolation of group data from the general model training dataset (if provided by the tariff).
8.1. The Offer comes into force from the moment of publication on the Internet.
8.2. The Executor has the right to unilaterally amend the Offer terms, notifying Users through the Service interface or by email.
